EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Welcome to OPM ADDIS. These Terms and Conditions govern your attendance at the OPM ADDIS event, including ticket purchases and participation. By purchasing tickets or attending OPM ADDIS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

"Event" refers to OPM ADDIS, an underground rap and trap culture event in Addis Ababa.

"Organizer", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the OPM ADDIS event team and its representatives.

"Attendee", "you", or "your" refers to individuals who purchase tickets to or attend the Event.

"Venue" refers to the location where the Event is being held, as specified in the event details.

3. Ticket Policies

3.1. Ticket reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2. We reserve the right to cancel reservations believed to be fraudulent or in violation of ticket purchase terms.

3.3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

3.4. Each ticket admits one person only. Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be invalidated.

3.5. Ticket holders must present valid identification that matches the reservation information upon entry.

3.6. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without refund to individuals who violate our code of conduct.

4. Event Policies

4.1. The Event schedule, performers, and specific venue details may be subject to change without prior notice.

4.2. The Event is intended for mature audiences with an interest in underground rap and trap culture.

4.3. Photography for personal use is permitted; however, professional recording equipment is prohibited without prior authorization.

4.4. We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the Event.

4.5. Attendees must comply with all venue safety instructions and emergency procedures.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward staff, performers, or other attendees is prohibited.

5.2. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Event.

5.3. We reserve the right to remove individuals exhibiting inappropriate or dangerous behavior without refund.

5.4. Attendees are expected to respect the venue, equipment, and surroundings.

5.5. Any damage to venue property will be the financial responsibility of the person causing damage.

6. Dress Code & Experience

6.1. OPM ADDIS encourages expression through underground fashion and trap-inspired style.

6.2. While there is no strict dress code, attendees are encouraged to embrace the event's aesthetics of bold urban style.

6.3. The Event is designed to be an immersive underground music and fashion experience; attendees should expect loud music and dynamic lighting effects.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We collect personal information for the purpose of ticket sales, event management, and communication.

7.2. By providing your contact information during reservation, you consent to receive communications regarding your purchase and relevant Event updates.

7.3. Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All content related to OPM ADDIS, including logos, designs, and promotional artwork, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of OPM ADDIS brand materials is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Liability Limitation

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.2. Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage except where caused by our negligence.

9.3. In cases of Event cancellation, liability is limited to the face value of the purchased ticket.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes, failure of public utilities, or governmental restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
